2.1. Audio Guides: We provide audio guides focused on various destinations in Sri Lanka. Each guide offers a detailed description of historical, cultural, and tourist information about the location.
2.2. License to Use: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen and use the audio guides for personal, non-commercial use only for 14 calendar days. If you require to use the guide beyond 14 days, you are required to purchase the guides again.
2.3. Content Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, the content provided in our audio guides is for general information purposes extracted from research and historical documentation. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or changes in the location or facts presented in the guides.
3. Purchases
3.1. Pricing: All prices for audio guides are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
3.2. Payment: We accept payments through various online payment systems, including credit/debit cards and mobile payment options available in Sri Lanka. By providing payment details, you agree to pay for the audio guide in accordance with the pricing terms.
3.3. Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the audio guide has been purchased. If there are issues with the account access or the content, please write to our support team for assistance. If there is a technical issue, will verify the issue, and if it cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund to the payment initiated method. Please note, this is subject to verification and approval.
4. User Responsibilities
